- 1 Large Egg (Fudgy) or 2 Large Eggs (Cake-Like)
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1/2 cup Water
Makes 12 brownies
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Prep by greasing 8"x8" square pan with butter or applying parchment paper to the bottom of pan.
Whisk together eggs, oil and water in a medium bowl. Add brownie mix and stir until combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake brownies for 25 - 27 minutes, until edges are set. Let cool completely, then run a knife or spatula around the sides and bottom to loosen before removing from pan.
