Pancakes & Waffles
Here's How It Goes

Preheat a lightly greased waffle iron or nonstick skillet over medium heat. (350 °F)
Whisk together eggs, milk and oil in a large bowl. Add mix and stir until well combined. Let stand 3-4 minutes to thicken.
Pour batter onto waffle iron or skillet, using about 2 Tbsp of batter per pancake.
Bake until pancakes start to bubble on the surface, then flip and cool until gold.
For waffles, cook according to waffle iron instructions.
