About Good Dee's®

This has been quite the journey! After I had my first son in 2012, I wanted to get healthy and I wanted to eliminate sugar.

I have always loved to cook and be in the kitchen-except now gone are those sugar filled, high carb treats. Good Dee's® was born. 

Not everyone is a baker or chef so I've made sure these mixes are easy to make. I want them to taste, smell, and look as close to the higher carb counterpart as possible. I really hope you enjoy the mixes as much as I've enjoyed having my dream come to life.

Suggested use

For Muffins

You will need:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Line muffin pan with 12 liners.
  3. Mix eggs, oil and extract in a bowl. Add the mix and combine well.
  4. Fill each muffin liner a little over half with batter or distribute evenly between the 12 cups.
  5. Bake 18-23 minutes or until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let them cool completely or they will fall apart.

For Cake

You will need:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of melted coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Line 8" cake pan with parchment paper
  3. Mix eggs, oil, and extract in a bowl. Add the mix and combine well.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  5. Bake 27-32 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean in middle.
  6. Allow your cake to cool completely or it will fall apart.

Please note, all ovens are different so cooking times will vary. Please keep an eye out while baking.

Baked goods best kept refrigerated.

Other ingredients

Watermelon seed flour, sunflower seed flour, erythritol, carrots, soluble tapioca fiber, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, tapioca starch, monocalcium phosphate monohydrate), carrot powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, stevia extract.

Allergy information: Mix is manufactured in a dedicated gluten free facility that also processes soy, milk, tree nuts and eggs.
