Suggested use

Artisan Bread

Things you'll need:

Eggs+ Water + Oil (olive oil) + Apple Cider Vinegar

Flatbread
Eggs Water Olive Oil Apple Cider Vinegar
2 2 Tbsp 4 Tbsp 2 Tbsp
Makes two 7" Flatbreads

 

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Whisk eggs, water, oil and vinegar in a large bowl. Add baking mix; combine well. Let dough sit 4 minutes (dough will thicken).

Divide dough into two equal portions and place on greased cookie sheet. Moisten fingers to prevent sticking and shape into two 7" circles.

Bake 20 minutes. If desired, broil a few minutes at the end to brown tops.

Dinner Rolls
Eggs Water Olive Oil Apple Cider Vinegar
2 1/2 cup 2 Tbsp 1/4 cup
Makes 12 Dinner Rolls

 

Heat oven to 350º F.

Whisk eggs, water, oil and vinegar in a large bowl. Add baking mix; combine well.

Pour batter into 12 lightly greased muffin cups, filling each 1/2 full.

Bake 25 minutes. If desired, broil a few minutes at the end to brown tops.

Loaf
Eggs Water Olive Oil Apple Cider Vinegar
3 1/4 cup 2 Tbsp 2 Tbsp
Makes one 7.5" x 3.5 Loaf

Heat oven to 350ºF.

Whisk eggs, water ,oil and vinegar in a large bowl. Add baking mix; combine well.

Spoon dough into greased loaf pan.

Bake 1 hour or until edges of loaf start to pull away from pan. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cool completely.

Save for another day! Our mixes don't contain any preservatives, so one made, store your treats in the fridge or freezer.

Mix it up!

  • Sprinkle flatbread with grated cheese, fresh rosemary and sea salt.
  • Include 1/4 tsp. of garlic powder for garlic rolls.
  • Other ingredients

    Almond flour, arrowroot, flax meal, tapioca, sea salt, baking soda.
