We knew they wanted an easier way to whip up tasty Swerve-sweetened treats on a whim for birthdays, bake sales or, you know, Tuesdays. So, we created Swerve Sweets, a mix-and-bake way to sweeten up every day.

Here's How It Goes
- Eggs 3 Large
- Oil 1/3 Cup
- Water 1/3 Cup
- Vanilla 1 Tbsp
Makes one 8" round cake or 12 cupcakes
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Prep by greasing cake pan with butter or applying parchment paper to the bottom of pan. For cupcakes, add paper lines to muffin cups.
Whisk together eggs, water, oil and vanilla in a large bowl. Add baking mix and stir until combined.
Pour or Scoop batter into prepared cake pan or muffin cups.
Bake cake for 25-30 minutes or cupcakes for 15-20 minutes. Let cool completely, then run a knife or spatula around the sides and bottom to loosen the cake. Remove from pan and place on a wire rack or cake stand for frosting.
